Opportunity Access

Economic Empowerment

The Problem…

Film and TV production is booming—but access to jobs is limited

Skilled labor shortages exist in production, set design, logistics, and support roles

At the same time:

-Housing instability is rising

-Underserved communities lack access to these high-paying industries

👉 The gap is not talent—it’s access + infrastructure

The Solution…

Creative Workforce Initiative, Inc. bridges:
🎬 Film & TV Industry Jobs
🏘️ Affordable Housing
👷‍♂️ Workforce Training

We create an ecosystem, not just a program.

Creative Workforce Initiative, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.

The organization’s purpose is to:

  • Provide workforce development, job training, and career placement services in the film, television, and creative industries
  • Develop and support affordable and transitional housing solutions for low- to moderate-income individuals and families
  • Deliver educational programs, apprenticeships, and mentorship opportunities designed to increase access to sustainable careers
