The organization’s purpose is to:
- Provide workforce development, job training, and career placement services in the film, television, and creative industries
- Develop and support affordable and transitional housing solutions for low- to moderate-income individuals and families
- Deliver educational programs, apprenticeships, and mentorship opportunities designed to increase access to sustainable careers
- Partner with community organizations, production companies, and public/private entities to create economic opportunities
- Reduce poverty and unemployment by equipping individuals with marketable skills and pathways to long-term employment
